Purchase of any goods and services through this website or other outlet constitute agreement of the purchaser to these Terms and Conditions.
Handmade and bespoke artworks are unique and unevenness and flaws are deliberate inclusions in the work. All works are sold with the purchaser’s understanding and acceptance that flaws and unevenness in the unique handmade artworks are deliberate components of the work and will not constitute grounds for return, refund or replacement.
Artworks made from ephemeral and some recycled materials can be fragile and required careful handling in addition to any specific handling instructions provided by the seller. Damage of an artwork due to rough and/or inappropriate handling of the work once received by the purchaser will not constitute grounds for return, refund or replacement.
Artworks made from ephemeral and recycled materials will change over time. This is part of their beauty and the meaning behind the material choices and works. All works are sold with the purchaser’s understanding and acceptance that artworks made from recycled and ephemeral materials will change over time and any changes in this regard will not constitute grounds for return, refund or replacement.
Payment/Purchases
By making a purchase, the purchaser is bound by the Terms and Conditions published on this site at the time of purchase.
No agreement of sale is made by the seller until the order is accepted, payment is processed successfully and an order confirmation is sent to the purchaser. A tax invoice will be issued after purchase.

Any promotional codes, discounts or gift vouchers have an expiry date of 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are not transferrable to another party. Only one promotional or discount code can be used for any single purchase.
Codes issued as part of a fundraising resale license arrangement remain valid while the fundraising resale license agreement is in place.

Shipping/Delivery
Delivery will be by Australia Post to the delivery address noted by the purchaser and occur via the published delivery method, unless other arrangements have been made directly with and approved by the seller. In this case delivery charges may vary and the purchaser agrees to meet all variations in delivery charges for non-standard delivery options. Despatch of goods will not occur until all charges or charge variations have been agreed to by the purchaser, payment has been made and an invoice issued for the payment. The seller reserves the right to change delivery services providers as necessary.
The seller guarantees that all goods are despatched in the condition displayed on this site. All goods are carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. The seller takes no responsibility for damage that occurs to goods after they have been despatched. Any damage that occurs after despatch and during delivery transit is the responsibility of the shipping/postal provider and should be pursued with them.
All goods are shipped with a tracking number that is provided to the purchaser. Once the goods have been despatched by the seller, the shipment/postal provider is responsible for delivery of the goods. Following up any failure to receive goods from the shipping/postal provider is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refunds
Subject to the provisions of Australian Consumer Law regarding guarantees for repairs, replacement, refunds, cancellations, severance and termination, refunds will be at the discretion of the seller.
Refunds will be processed when there is a payment error or when there is a genuine reason for the refund. Refunds will not be provided for a ‘change of mind’.
In circumstances where a refund is warranted, the refund will be processed after the receipt by the seller of the returned item.
